Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Contracts Administrator for Louisiana Bridge Builders in Lake Charles, LA. You will draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and service agreements, track milestones, and ensure compliance with policies while coordinating with finance and project teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 3+ years of contract administration experience (or a high school diploma with 7+ years). Relocation assistance available where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven contract administration experience, or 7+ years with a high school diploma.
• Experience with Design Build Contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, NDAs, purchase and service agreements.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and renewal dates to ensure timely action.
• Ensure contracts align with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and coordinate payment certificates aligned with milestones.
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to verify payment schedules.
• Maintain audit-ready contract records and documentation.
