Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of contracts experience in aerospace/defense or related industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading contract negotiation and administration for complex, high value programs.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD contracting practices (various contract types).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team or cross-functional efforts.

• Provide strategic leadership for the Contracts organization supporting the Weapons Systems Division, including direct management of contract managers and administrators.
• Lead development, negotiation, and execution of complex contracts and related agreements with government and international customers and partners.
• Serve as primary contractual advisor to division and program leadership on strategy, terms, risk, and compliance.
