DigitalOcean seeks a Contracts Director to join a nimble legal team guiding enterprise and strategic agreements for AI, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS. You will partner with the sales leadership and finance to structure, negotiate, and close sophisticated contracts while scaling go‑to‑market processes.

• 10+ years negotiating complex commercial transactions in tech

Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex commercial arrangements for AI services, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS.
• Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and risk frameworks for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations on quote-to-cash and tooling improvements.
• Lead or participate in high-priority projects as directed by senior counsel.
