Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel, Contracts, to provide high-volume drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements. You will collaborate with Procurement, R&D, and other business units to protect company interests and ensure compliance.

This hybrid role requires two on-site days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) with additional on-site days as needed. A JD and bar admission, plus 5 years of contracts experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership.
• 5 years of relevant contracts/transactional experience, in-house or at a law firm, life sciences preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements (CDA, MSA, CRO/vendor).
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems.
• Ability to explain contractual risk to non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (CDAs, MSAs, CRO/vendor, consulting).
• Partner with Procurement, R&D, and other functions to support contracting timelines.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and guidelines.
• Advise on contractual risk and obligations; escalate to senior counsel as needed.
• Support contract lifecycle management system with accurate tracking and record‑keeping.
