• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements across US functions.
• Advise stakeholders on contracting pathways, confidentiality, indemnification and risk.
• Lead improvement of templates, playbooks and CLM workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance and Procurement teams.
