Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel, Contracts to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements supporting procurement, R&D, and business functions.

Hybrid work with two on‑site days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) in Boston; requires JD, active bar, 5 years of transactional experience in life sciences; strong drafting and negotiation skills related to CDA, MSA, and clinical trial agreements.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
• 5 years of relevant contracts/transactional experience, in‑house or at a law firm, life sciences preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial contract law and life sciences agreement types (CDA, MSA, clinical trial agreements).
• Ability to manage risk and clearly explain options to non‑legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including CDAs, MSAs, CRO/vendor, and consulting agreements.
• Partner with Procurement, R&D and other functions to support contracting needs and timelines.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
• Advise on contractual risk, obligations, and compliance considerations.
• Support contract lifecycle management system; ensure accurate tracking and records.
