Requirements:

JD degree, 5+ years of transactional experience preferably within a biopharma or life sciences environment; active state bar membership; strong contract drafting and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred:

experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sectors, familiarity with regulatory compliance, GxP, clinical trial agreements, and corporate transactions.

WorkSetup:

hybrid Chicago role, requiring a minimum of three days in-office per week, with occasional evening, weekend work, and infrequent travel.
