The Associate Corporate Counsel, Contracts, provides legal support for the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, ensuring contracts appropriately protect company interests and comply with applicable laws and internal policies. Partners closely with Procurement, R&D, and other business functions to keep contracting moving at the pace the business needs, while maintaining and improving templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines that scale legal support across the organization. Advises internal stakeholders on contractual risk and obligations, escalating higher‑risk or novel issues to senior legal leadership as appropriate. This role is well suited to a contracts attorney who enjoys high‑volume, fast‑paced transactional work in a growing life sciences company.
Hybrid - This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of two (2) days on‑site per week — currently designated as Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional on‑site days may be required based on business needs, team priorities, or leadership direction.
The expected salary range for this position varies by location and will be communicated based on the country or region in which the selected candidate is hired. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by applicable local law. A discretionary annual bonus and long‑term incentive award (e.g., equity) may be available based on individual and Company performance.
$181,000 - $235,000 USD
