• Contract admin/Legal studies background a plus (law firm or in-house exposure helpful)

Responsibilities

• Draft/negotiate agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, change orders) using templates/playbooks.
• Track contracts end-to-end in a CLM/procurement system.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to drive timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with contracting policies; escalates issues as needed
