Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking a seasoned paralegal to support the General Counsel with contract review, drafting, and negotiations for service agreements, leases, and vendor contracts. You will maintain a contract library and monitor deadlines using AI tools, while coordinating with brokers for branch leases and housing for seasonal workers.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a paralegal role.
• Paralegal certification required.
• Preferred: 10 years of experience including CRE, contract/vendor management, construction and/or insurance.
• Experience with lease reviews and contract management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer service agreements, leases, and contracts, and manage a contract library.
• Track key obligations and deadlines using AI/learning tools.
• Assist with lease reviews and broker relationships for ~60 branch locations across the footprint.
• Provide research and compliance support on HR, immigration, OSHA, and licensing topics.
• Assist with insurance claims, litigation holds/preservation and litigation support.
