Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, incl. complex tender handling.
• Paralegal degree preferred but not required.
• Advanced university degree in law or related business field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate contract management setting.
• Experience in healthcare industry (Medtech/Biotech/Pharma/Lifesciences) with hospitals is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Revise and redline complex commercial contracts (SAs, MSAs, procurement, software, vendor agreements).
• Evaluate commercial and legal risk; propose contract structures to manage risk.
• Analyze obligations in contracts and tenders; advise stakeholders on issues.
• Manage contract templates, playbooks, and policies; ensure timely processing.
• Lead negotiations end-to-end and monitor contract compliance across units.
• Maintain contract management system and update terms and conditions.
• Draft templates, correspondence, and memoranda; support diligence.
• Coordinate with legal to address regulatory and business obligations.
