Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to review, draft, negotiate and track site contracts including confidentiality and master agreements. You will work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables align with study timelines and contract terms are in the best interest of the company.

Qualifications

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs, vendor, and confidentiality agreements.
• Experience interacting with US/European/APAC institutions and study teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines and contract-related policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish process and procedures for site contract management.
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including MSAs, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on operational implications of contract terms.
• Ensure adherence to contracting standards and update study teams on negotiations.
• Establish, track and report site contract metrics.
• Coordinate execution and track expirations and obligations.
• Assist in policy design to ensure timely execution of contracts.
• Mentor SCMs and staff and identify process improvements.
• Other tasks as assigned.
