Job summary

WillScot in the United States is seeking a Contracts Specialist to review and analyze company and customer contracts, providing timely advice to business units. The role may require interpreting terms, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting strategic objectives.

You will work with a legal team to manage contracting lifecycle, track KPIs, and promote continuous improvement while collaborating across Legal, Operations, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and/or managing contracts and reviewing complex documents.
• Ability to read and critically review terms in commercial agreements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Knowledge of local and US laws and regulations relevant to contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret commercial agreements, including complex customer and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate required customer forms and contract lifecycle tasks.
• Utilize contract management software and improve contract processes.
• Track KPIs to support the legal team's responsiveness to business needs.
• Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals and office staff.
