The role involves daily benefits administration, leaves management, enrollment support, and vendor coordination, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Scottsdale, AZ-based position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or BA and 3+ years benefits administration
• Experience with HR information systems and benefits administration platforms
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Administers day-to-day benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA)
• Serves as first contact for benefits questions and resolves issues via policy interpretation
• Manages leaves of absence with HR partners and vendors
• Guides employees through enrollment and life event documentation
• Processes life insurance and related benefit claims
• Performs benefit, disability, and Medicare verifications
• Reviews reports and verifications to update Health Spending Accounts and other data
• Supports annual open enrollment testing, communications, and employee support
• Supports wellness program and new vendor implementations
• Manages COBRA subsidies
• Performs additional duties as assigned
