Job summary
The Scoular Company is seeking a Legal Analyst to support the Legal Department with contract drafting, review, and lifecycle management. You will monitor compliance, maintain contract records, and coordinate contract workflows in collaboration with cross‑functional teams including Legal, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts, are proficient with MS 365/SharePoint, and can identify and escalate contract risks to
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Proficiency with MS 365, SharePoint or other document management systems
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to contract terms and conditions
- Experience supporting contract drafting, review, or administration is preferred
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, prepare, and process commercial agreements and related documentation.
- Draft, revise, and coordinate contract language; support negotiations with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor contract status, maintain contract records, and support execution activities.
- Maintain contract templates, databases, and workflow tools to support lifecycle management.
- Prepare basic reports and contract summaries; gather documents for audits and due diligence
