Job summary

Scoular is seeking a Legal Analyst to support contract drafting, review, and administration for our commercial teams in Omaha. You will help ensure contract accuracy, maintain records, and monitor compliance across our supply chain operations.

Working with Legal, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, you will identify risks, assist negotiations, and support contract workflows to enable business objectives while upholding Scoular's standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field or paralegal certification with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, preferably in commodity or supply chain settings.
• Proficiency in MS 365, SharePoint, or other document management systems.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to contract terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, prepare, and process commercial agreements and related documentation.
• Draft, revise, and coordinate contract language and support negotiations.
• Maintain contract records, monitor status, and support execution activities.
• Monitor compliance and identify potential risks for escalation.
• Support contract workflows with templates, documents, and repositories.
