Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the commercial contract strategy, negotiations, and risk management for its Services and Solutions businesses. The role partners with Legal and senior leadership to ensure favorable terms aligned with profitability and risk appetite.

The role oversees complex agreements with customers, subcontractors, and strategic partners, driving contract management excellence. Remote or hybrid work is available with in-office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications preferred (CPCM/CCM/PMP).
• 10+ years in contract management, commercial management or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex commercial negotiations.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy, solar, BESS, HV, EPC or industrial services.
• Proven track record negotiating high-value customer, subcontractor, master service and strategic contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, operational, financial, compliance and regulatory risks.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Legal and Leadership.
• Evaluate contract terms, liquidated damages and pricing structures for profitability.
• Establish contract governance processes, standards and controls for compliance.
• Drive process improvements and develop best practices and playbooks.
• Foster leadership, coaching and workforce development within Contracts Mgmt.
• Maintain industry expertise and advise leadership on market developments.
