Job summary

aPriori is seeking aSenior Contracts Specialist to own the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, from intake and review to execution and repository maintenance. You will administer Linksquares CLM, implement AI-powered workflows, and collaborate with Deal Desk to ensure accurate order docs and timely signatures.

This hands-on role supports a global sales team with occasional after-hours coordination. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in technology contract operations, deep knowledge of SaaS and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on commercial contracts experience in a technology company, law firm, or legal operations environment.
• Experience managing SaaS or software licensing agreements.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA and DPAs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the CLM platform (Linksquares) across contracts function.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows and automation to increase throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for contract lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate with Deal Desk to ensure accurate Order Documents, SOWs, and attachments.
• Prepare fully negotiated agreements for execution by signatories; authority to bind contracts rests with other parties.
• Guide sales team on standard terms and processes to accelerate deal velocity.
• Maintain organized, searchable contracts repository with metadata hygiene.
• Generate CLM reports for Legal and Finance leadership.
