Job summary

Temporal is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Legal team and collaborate across customer, procurement, and other commercial contracts while serving as a trusted partner to cross‑functional teams. You will manage the contract lifecycle, templates, and documentation used by the Legal team and other stakeholders, ensuring timely execution at scale.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Legal, you will draft, review, and negotiate standard agreements, coordinate signature workflows, and help

Qualifications

5+ years of contract management experience for commercial transactions.
Experience with a wide variety of commercial agreements (procurement, MSAs, NDAs, SaaS/tech).
Hands-on experience with contract management systems (Ironclad, Zip, DocuSign).
Creative thinker who can work independently and proactively.
Team-oriented and able to operate in an evolving setting.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end review processes for sell-side and buy-side contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs).
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders to accelerate deals.
Serve as primary administrator for Temporal’s CLM platform (configuration, workflows, user management).
Build and optimize automated contract workflows and intake processes to reduce cycle times.
Develop templates, clause libraries, and playbooks for contracting operations.
Create training materials and guidelines to improve self-service for Legal partners.
Contribute to Legal team initiatives (process improvements, tools, reporting).
