Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Contracts Analyst Sr. to support the Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group. The role focuses on contract requirements, compliance, and proposal support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage complex deliverables, work with Contracting Officers and suppliers, and ensure timely submissions within regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline with 6 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 4 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customer contacts and prime contractor counterparts.
• Prepare clear, well-organized contract documents and internal communications.
• Support proposals of moderate complexity across various contract types and acquisitions.
• Track deliverable schedules and drive internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Review contracts for compliance with company policy and government requirements.
• Support OCI plan administration and ensure NDAs are executed.
