Job summary

Oceaneering’s Contracts team seeks a Contracts Analyst III to mentor peers, support proposals, and manage government contracts in a dynamic environment. You will oversee drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents, while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and DFARS updates.

The role requires extensive experience with FAR Part 15 and cost-reimbursable contracts, strong writing skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible contracting experience.
• Experience contracting with the U.S. Government as prime and subcontractor across various contract types.

Responsibilities

• Mentorship and collaborative leadership within the Contracts Department.
• Shape contract strategies for opportunities and prepare compliant proposals.
• Advise on contractual rights and obligations to ensure informed contract execution.
