Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent education, training and experience.
• MBA preferred for advanced contract leadership.
• 10+ years of related experience with US Government or USG prime contractors.

Responsibilities

• Administers prime contracts after award, including day-to-day contact with the customer and performance monitoring.
• Leads preparation of proposals, contract changes, and ancillary documentation.
• Resolves complex contractual issues with customers and end-users.
• Researches FAR/DFARS and agency supplements as required.
• Interfaces with other FlightSafety subsidiaries and manages IWRs.
