Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Contracts Administrator (Level 3 or Level 4) in Devens, MA, to support proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract administration on NGSP ISD/TOPS programs. 100% onsite with a strong emphasis on customer relations and risk mitigation.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and experience with FAR/DFARS; salary bands are provided for each level, with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience negotiating and administering various contract types with U.S. government and international customers.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including program management, finance, and supply chain.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using MS Office Suite and Adobe.

Responsibilities

Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters to ensure contract compliance.
Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and make timely decisions.
Interface with customers for contractual topics and build relationships.
Review terms and conditions, assess risks, and mitigate issues.
Serve as a business advisor to program managers on contracts.
Monitor contract obligations and ensure proper communication and adherence.
Participate in negotiations, administration, change management, and customer activities.
Enter and maintain contract data in management systems.
