You will collaborate with program management, finance, and supply chain to ensure compliant, winning proposals and contract execution, with a 9/80 schedule and potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types with U.S. government and commercial customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and risk assessment.
• Bachelor's degree required; higher degrees considered.
• No clearance required to start; onsite work in Devens, MA.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters while ensuring compliance.
• Interface with customers on contractual topics and build relationships.
• Review terms to address financial, delivery, IP, and termination provisions.
• Support program managers as a primary business advisor on contracts.
• Monitor contracts and manage data in contract/ERP systems.
• Participate in negotiations, change management, and customer contract activities.
