Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Promontory, UT is seeking a Contract Administrator at Level 3 or Level 4 to join the program office. You will review proposals, monitor contract obligations, and ensure FAR/DFAR compliance while coordinating with the Program Contracting Officer and Supply Chain Manager.

The role requires strong contract knowledge, the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance, and experience with various contract types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with progressive contracts experience; alternative experience accepted.
• Must be adept with FAR/DFAR requirements and multiple contract types.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for proposals and contracts for risks, acceptability, and revisions.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFAR requirements and compliance.
• Deliver Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Access List (DAL) items.
• Collaborate with Program Contracting Officer and Supply Chain Manager.
• Support PCR review and approval, and cost-volume coordination.
• Represent the program office to the customer on contractual matters.

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant contracts experience

Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant contracts experience
