Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience OR Master's with 3+ years OR PhD with 1+ year; additional 4+ years may substitute for degree
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR or government acquisition regulations
• Experience working with MS Office Suite and Adobe

Responsabilités

• Monitor contracts and program(s) to ensure contractual obligations are understood and followed
• Participate in contract proposal coordination and preparation for timely submission
• Participate in contract negotiations, administration, and customer activities per policies and regulations
• Collaborate with technical, program, finance, global supply chain and security functions for seamless contract administration
• Prepare and manage contract change requests and maintain historical information
• Review terms and conditions to address risks and provisions and mitigate risks
• Enter and maintain contract data into Contract Management System or Enterprise Accounting System
• Other duties as assigned
