Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Principal Contracts Administrator (Level 3/4) to support proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and contract administration on mission-critical programs.

You will work as part of the program management team, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR, managing contract changes, and maintaining accurate contract data. This onsite role requires strong negotiation skills and thorough understanding of government regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types.
• Understanding the requirements of government regulations, such as FAR or DFAR.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and UCC helpful.
• NCMA certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract and program obligations, ensuring understanding and compliance.
• Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, and administration.
• Manage contract changes, revisions, and perform risk assessment.
• Enter and maintain contract data in management systems and ERP tools.
• Support program management with internal and external customer communications.
