Job summary

Platform Science, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Contracts Administrator to join the legal team and manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Contracts and operates in a hybrid setting (1 day per week in the office).

You will oversee contract drafting, summaries, and negotiations, coordinating with Finance and Program Management to ensure timely renewals and compliance across vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in contracts management and administration.
• Experience with contract negotiation, reviews, summaries, redlining and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that is scaling rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
• Maintain a contracts management database and online tools.
• Summarize pertinent dates, obligations, terms, and deviations from templates for tracking.
• Handle day-to-day contract functions: drafting, archiving, tracking and data entry.
• Collaborate with Program Management to translate contractual obligations into internal tasks.
• Coordinate with Finance to manage renewals and related processes.
• Manage vendor forms and vendor agreement process with procurement.
• Oversee NDA processes and negotiate contracts for review by legal/finance.
