Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Contracts Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of contract review, negotiation, and administration. This role partners closely with Information Services (IS), procurement teams, leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with contract negotiation, legal terms and conditions, and vendor agreements, particularly within an IT or Information Services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and negotiate Information Services (IS) contracts, including vendor agreements and service contracts
  • Perform contract redlining, providing recommendations based on internal standards and risk considerations
  • Identify and escalate legal, financial, and business risks during contract review
  • Negotiate directly with vendors, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders to reach agreement on contract terms
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issue resolution
  • Manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Coordinate contract processing through internal procurement and approval workflows
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records, documentation, and tracking systems
  • Prepare and distribute status reports and updates related to contract progress, compliance, and modifications
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to internal stakeholders on contract standards and processes
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal teams and external partners
  • Support continuous improvement of contract management processes and documentation practices
  • May act as a team lead or mentor for junior staff, as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR Paralegal Certificate OR Juris Doctor (J.D.)
  • 5+ years of experience in contract review, negotiation, and processing
  • Strong knowledge of legal terms, contract language, and risk assessment
  • Experience working with IT/IS vendors, technology agreements, or service contracts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Information Services (IS) or IT contract environments
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or contract databases
  • Experience collaborating with procurement, legal, and business teams
  • Leadership or team lead experience
