Job summary

14 Technology Holdings, Inc. seeks a Director, Contracts to own end-to-end contract management across the portfolio. You will review, draft, and negotiate client and vendor agreements, NDAs, and SOWs, while coordinating with external counsel to mitigate risk.

You will lead governance of the LinkSquares system, ensure privacy and data governance compliance, and drive efficient legal operations with scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Experience managing contracts and legal operations in public and private sectors.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, compliance requirements, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, SOWs, license agreements, and ad hoc agreements across business units.
• Ensure agreements are reviewed for risk, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
• Advise internal teams on agreements affecting project execution, IP, staffing, non-compete, and data governance.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle: generation, negotiation, execution, storage, and retrieval.
• Own the contract management system (LinkSquares): governance, data integrity, reporting, optimization.
• Maintain organized contract records and implement efficient processes.
