Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a contract employment capacity in a fast-paced, reward-driven environment. The role emphasizes IT recruiting across a diverse client base with no geographic restrictions and 100% remote work.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in IT recruiting within an agency setting, strong sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles efficiently in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT recruiting experience in an IT staffing agency environment.
• Heavy focus on recruiting technical skillsets including .NET, Java, full-stack, front-end, back-end, application development, solutions architect.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Basic understanding of technology with ability to research and learn new IT skillsets.
• Proficient in using internet search tools, applicant tracking systems and job boards.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail, good judgment and organizational skills.
