Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a senior Contract Management professional to lead mid to large size projects and formulate contracting strategies for individual contracts. You will perform resource surveys, assess risks, and help manage budgets and schedules across multiple projects.

The role requires a four-year degree with extensive experience in contract management for heavy industrial or government-related projects.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with 14+ years of work-related experience, or 18 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines at local, state/provincial, and federal/national levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid to large size projects and formulate contracting strategy for individual contracts.
• Perform resource surveys and contract risk assessments; issue reports of findings.
• Develop Master Document and support, guide, and implement changes in systems, processes, and procedures.
• Assess resource needs; prepare workforce and indirect estimates; develop and manage budgets for individual contracts.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering and Construction to develop a Project Execution Plan and Contract Plan.
• Engage in Team Contract Management and formulate strategies for individual contracts.
