Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to administer moderately large and complex contracts in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. You will lead negotiations, analyze proposals, and coordinate technical scopes across project controls, legal, management, construction, and finance.

The role focuses on post-award management, including invoicing, change management, and timely closeout, while safeguarding company interests and ensuring compliance with government contracting

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with extensive contract management experience.
• Ability to communicate with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented and time-conscious in handling contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderately large and complex contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions and coordinate technical scopes of work across disciplines.
• Participate in proposal development and present recommendations to project team or client.
• Perform post-award contract management including invoicing, progress, scheduling, and avoiding claims.
• Closeout contracts and issue final modifications and performance evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
