Fluor Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Contract Director to lead contract management for mega projects. You will oversee contract administration, develop contracting strategies, manage bid processes, and ensure compliance with prime contracts across global operations.

Located at home office or on project sites, you will coordinate with project leadership, guide a team of contract administrators, and drive process improvements in contracting practices for large-scale EPC/CM

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field and 18 years of related experience (22 years if no degree).
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local, state/federal statutes and guidelines relevant to contracts.
• Attention to detail and time-management in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management from Pre-Award to Close-Out per PEP/PPM, including claims and back charges.
• Support bid evaluation plans for large EPC projects and RFP packages, participating in technical and commercial evaluations.
• Ensure quality of RFP packages and contract documents; interface with PM, Construction, Controls, Quality, Safety, Finance, Clients and JV partners.
• Assist management with preparing scope, schedule, and technical documents for RFPs.
• Travel to sites as required to oversee contract management operations.
