Job summary

Fluor is seeking a seasoned Contract Management professional to oversee the project lifecycle from Pre-Award to Close-Out, including claims and back charges. You will lead bid evaluation plans for large EPC projects and ensure high-quality RFP packages and contract documents.

You will coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Controls, Quality, Safety, Finance, clients, and JV partners, and assist managers with scope, schedule, and technical documentation for RFPs.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with 18 years of related experience, or 22 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Knowledge of local, state/province and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious, time-efficient work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Contract Management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support bid evaluation plans for EPC projects and RFP packages.
• Bear ultimate responsibility for quality of Project RFP packages and contract documents.
• Manage interfaces with Project Management, Construction, Controls, Quality, Safety, Finance, Client and JV Partners.
• Assist Managers with preparing scope, schedule and other technical documents for RFPs.
• Travel to site as required to oversee contract management operations.
