Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in Prime Contract Management on Fluor projects.
• Coordinate with Law Department and Insurance and Risk Management on commercial issues.
• Lead contract administration activities with Project Director and Law Department during the life of the contract.
• Oversee contract correspondence to protect Fluor’s rights and align with prime contract terms.
• Manage disputes, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
