Fluor Corporation seeks a Senior Contract Manager to oversee contract management activities on Fluor projects, reviewing awards, and leading contract strategies. You will report through senior leadership and work with multiple disciplines to ensure compliance and optimal contract performance.

The role requires a four-year degree and extensive experience in contract management, with strong negotiation, communication, and detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a relevant field and 12+ years of work experience, or 16+ years if not degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of statutes, regulations, and contract terms; ability to apply and interpret contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderately large and complex contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions and analyze commercial sections of proposals.
• Coordinate interfaces with project disciplines and support functions.
• Lead post-award contract management, including changes, invoicing, and claims avoidance.
• Closeout contracts, resolve outstanding issues, and perform contractor performance evaluations.
• Travel to project sites up to 25%.
