XiFin seeks an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to own end-to-end searches, partnering with leaders from the executive level down. You will own the candidate journey from intake through sourcing, interviewing, offers and closing, delivering high-quality talent and an excellent candidate experience.

You will lead intake, build sourcing strategies, and present strong slates while maintaining credibility with hiring managers across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success stepping into new organizations or environments
• Track record of identifying, recruiting, and closing talent across professional, leadership, and executive levels
• Proactive sourcing and ability to engage passive candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing technologies
• Strong negotiation and closing skills

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of assigned requisitions and understand business needs and candidate markets
• Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to understand real needs beyond the job description
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent
• Source, engage, interview, and assess candidates beyond resumes
• Present high-quality candidates and provide market insights to hiring managers
• Manage the entire candidate journey from intake to close and keep stakeholders informed
