XiFin, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for business roles, from intake to offer.

You will partner with leaders across the organization, source top talent, and deliver a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience partnering with senior leaders.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across professional, leadership, and executive-level positions.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates and using LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Ability to manage entire recruiting lifecycle from intake to closing.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and communicating credibly.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from intake through accepted offer.
• Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent.
• Source, engage, interview, and assess candidates beyond the resume.
• Present high-quality, vetted candidates to hiring managers.
• Build partnerships with leaders and provide market insight and recommendations.
• Keep searches moving and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Manage candidate journey including offers and closing.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience with timely communication.
• Represent the company to candidates in a compelling way.
