Job summary

PBG’s Washington, DC area office seeks a senior program leader to direct contractor performance for the customer. This role acts as the primary contractor liaison with full authority over staffing, operations, quality, security, schedule, cost, and responsiveness.

The Contract Program Support Manager leads a large, multi-function workforce supporting administrative, records, fraud-related support, training, and business-process activities. On-site work in Washington, DC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years in progressive management in production or office environments.
• 4+ years leading HQ-level staff and managing a seasonal workforce.
• Ability to prepare internal and external reports and manage program performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractor liaison and grant authority to act on behalf of the contractor.
• Control staffing, operations, quality, security, schedule, and cost.
• Lead a large, multi-function workforce across program analysis, records, fraud-related support, training, and process improvement.
• Direct staffing, recruitment, retention, onboarding, and surge response.
• Manage performance, deliverables, schedules, risks, quality, and internal controls.
• Establish governance and communication with PBG and Government stakeholders.
• Prepare executive briefings and monthly status reports.
