Job summary

Motor Information Systems is seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of client and vendor contracts. You will ensure compliance with policies and manage the contract lifecycle from renewals to terminations.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams, support audits, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and Conga while communicating risk and recommended actions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contracts or related fields.
• 5+ years in contracts, legal support, or related areas with demonstrated risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and legal terminology.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to manage complex documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines; prioritize effectively.
• Experience communicating risk and recommendations to non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Manage contract lifecycle: renewals, amendments, terminations.
• Serve as primary contact for contract inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to align business objectives.
• Partner with in-house counsel on non-standard terms; own routine workflow end-to-end.
• Maintain organized contract repositories and related documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of terms, dates, dollar amounts, and cross-references.
• Maintain contract data in Salesforce and Conga; prepare status reports.
• Assess transactional risk and long-tail exposure; explain tradeoffs clearly.
