Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Contract Review, Negotiation, and Risk Management professional to manage project agreements, subcontracts, and related paperwork. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and customers to ensure compliant terms and timely processing of documents.

The role emphasizes risk identification, insurance coordination, and adherence to company standards. A strong understanding of contract practices and excellent communication are required for success

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, commercial negotiation, or related responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of contract terms and risk identification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and tools, including iReview.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate project agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, NDAs, lien-related documents, insurance requirements, and other assigned contract types within authority limits.
• Escalate agreements that fall outside approved parameters, contain non-standard terms, exceed assigned dollar thresholds, or require higher-level review.
• Prepare and revise contract addendums based on company standards and approved language.
• Identify and communicate contractual risks related to payment terms, indemnity, or insurance requirements.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and procedural requirements.
• Scope validation is the responsibility of Sales/Operations and not covered here.
• Ensure timely processing of contract documents and maintain status in iReview, with complete histories.
• Support consistent execution of contract workflows in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate certificates of insurance and bonding requests within delegated authority limits.
