Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Contract Manager 3 in Northridge, CA, to lead a team of contracts professionals supporting the Advanced Weapons Business Unit. The role requires a Secret clearance and 25% travel, with relocation and sign-on options potentially available.

You will oversee contract administration, negotiate terms, ensure compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders across the program. A Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years related experience or Master's degree with 8 years related experience.
• Experience leading a team of contracts professionals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, training, and guidance to direct reports.
• Administers contracts and ensures compliance with all contractual requirements.
• Interprets contract requirements for program and functional leadership and drafts formal correspondence.
• Coordinates CDRL submittal and ensures timely invoicing and payment.
• Advises management of rights and obligations; analyzes data; maintains historical information.
• Direct reports’ performance in contracts administration support.
• Serves as the primary interface with the customer.
• Facilitates the proposal review process and internal reviews.
• Builds and leads a team of contracts professionals.
