Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years in Contracts Administration or 5 years with a Master’s degree.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with FAR/DFARS environment and defense contracting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer contact activities.
• Coordinates information between program managers, Global Supply Chain, Business Management, and Law.
• Assesses material, production costs, schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Prepares bids, tracks specifications and reports, and maintains data history.
• Mentors and trains the Contracts Team as part of collaboration.
