Job summary

The Florida Department of Health is seeking an OPS Senior Management Analyst II to support the development, management and monitoring of financial assistance agreements. This role involves contract management, analytical consulting, and close coordination with program offices and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective oversight.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, managing budgets, and reporting findings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or commensurate experience.
• May be required to become a Florida Certified Contract Manager within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, management, and monitoring of financial assistance agreements.
• Perform contract management activities and analytical consulting.
• Review procurement and contract management activities for program offices.
• Develop standard operating procedures and process maps as required.
• Serve as contract manager for assigned contractual service and financial assistance agreements.
• Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
