Job summary

You will align terms with business objectives, collaborate with legal, sourcing, finance, and other stakeholders, and optimize contract processes for efficiency and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in contract management, legal or procurement with end-to-end lifecycle focus.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating procurement contracts.
• Experience supporting contracts for foundry, manufacturing, test, assembly, and component suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, negotiates and executes complex supplier agreements with cross-functional teams.
• Develops contract strategies to protect Qualcomm business, IP and leadership positions.
• Analyzes contractual positions and mitigates risk in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Leads contract management systems and related processes to improve efficiency.
