Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle, from intake to renewal, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Ideal candidates bring five or more years in contract management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to partner with Legal and Procurement to mitigate risk while enabling value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in contract management, procurement, or sourcing.
• Three to five years of hands-on sourcing and contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and edit contract terms using templates and approved clauses.
• Prepare redlines and summarize material changes and business impact.
• Review provisions including scope, pricing, term, termination, service levels, IP, privacy, and compliance.
• Identify problematic language and coordinate resolution with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Draft and revise agreements, amendments, SOWs, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Legal for high-risk or non-standard terms.
