Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in continuous improvement, business process management, operational excellence, process improvement, operations management, organizational transformation, or a related field as determined by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Define operational design and ownership in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Lead the organization’s continuous improvement program using data, root cause analysis, and Lean methodologies to drive measurable enhancements.
• Establish governance for business processes, manage the improvement portfolio, and ensure readiness for change across the organization.
• Provide organizational leadership for the Continuous Improvement function and build capability in business process management.
