Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years specialized experience in project and/or program management demonstrating experience in process improvement to lead large-scale reforms.
• Experience using data and statistical analysis tools and multiple strategic planning models to evaluate goals and results.
• Sensitivity and respect for cultural differences and applying equity and inclusive workplace concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational needs of the program/project to ensure development and implementation using planning tools and CQI methodologies.
• Lead internal audits on CBS operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Lead data collection efforts to guide development, implementation and evaluation phases of the project.
• Support matrixed teams in developing and operationalizing compliance and performance initiatives.
