Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT). The role drives global content strategies, translates complex science into credible messaging, and collaborates with Product, Commercial, R&D, and Regulatory teams to support adoption and commercialization.

This position may be remote in the United States and offers a base salary with a target annual bonus of 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy or biopharmaceuticals preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15% (including international).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and campaigns.
• Translate complex scientific, technical, and product information into clear, accurate content across materials.
• Provide strategic direction to internal SMEs, agencies, and external collaborators.
• Establish global content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows.
• Lead cross-functional content review with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications.
